Loop Communications Recognized by Charlotte Business Journal’s Fast 50

Loop Communications Zooms to Charlotte Business Journal’s “Fast 50” List for the Second Year Running!

The Charlotte Business Journal (CBJ) recognizes 50 of the fastest-growing private companies within the Charlotte Metro area to honor in their “Fast 50” list—compiled with the accounting firm, CliftonLarsonAllen to evaluate nominations and financial statement information. Eligible companies must be privately owned and generate at least one million in revenue in 2019 and the ranking is based on the average percentage of annual growth over a three-year period. Loop Communications partners with Managed Service Providers to offer small and medium-sized businesses in the United States and Canada with Hosted VoIP phone systems. This time, Loop is proud to have made the list for the second year in a row—and we couldn’t have done this without our amazing partners and customers! Thank you.

History of Loop:

We started off as a general technology firm that used our mastery of all things digital to create value for our clients. Cloud migration, mobility solutions, security issues — whatever the issue, we made it happen. But over time we noticed a pattern. Everybody hated their phone service.

The customer service was poor, the pricing was incomprehensible and service agreements could be downright ludicrous.

We accepted the challenge and built a new business phone system infrastructure from the ground up that was fast, scalable, reliable, and responsive. But we didn’t forget the most important lesson of all, which is that success in this business does not come from technology alone. Deep and lasting service — answering every question, helping with every step of a transition, considering every detail from the customer’s perspective — is what makes the difference.

Stay tuned! All winners will be included in the Fast 50 Special Report published in the December 4th issue of the Charlotte Business Journal.
