  • Prepping for Q4 Meetings

    Hey Evolve!  It’s been a while – too long!  How are you?  We are heads down prepping for delivery of the Q4 meetings, getting ready for SEPG this week in Chicago in North America, and doing budgeting and business planning for next year.      

    Business Planning

    Speaking of business planning – it’s business planning quarter!  We are in Q4, so hopefully you’re set to finish the year strong.  Now is the time when leadership should be focused on bringing the plans for next year in for a landing so you can hit the ground running in Q1.  That means budgeting, forecasting, making strategic bets, shoring up areas that need shoring and maximizing the areas that work – all of the things that require attention of the leader – that’s you! 

    Get your business plans ready and come prepared to share at your meeting next month!

    Q4 in Orlando

    We’ll get to EMEA and APAC in an upcoming video but since North America is up first there are a few things we need you to know if you’re going to be in Orlando. 

      • Stick Around for IT Nation Connect:  I’ll be there, I know many of you will be there, the content is great, the message great and, of course, there will be plenty of fun and networking opportunities which many of us could use after the last few years.

      • IT Nation Evolve Birthday Bash: We’re celebrating Evolve turning 21 on Monday night from 5:30-7:30.  If you’re coming in for the back half meetings (remember we’re Monday/Tuesday and Tuesday/Wednesday meetings in Q4 with no community day) plan to be at the hotel Monday night to join the front half for a celebration of all the great things that have happened over the last 21 years.  We’re celebrating with some recognition and awards and other surprises that should be fun.  Very much looking forward to that!

      • All Session: Tuesday during “the turn” when we switch from the front half groups to the last half groups, we have an hour All session and lunch from 12pm-1pm for everyone in Orlando.  Here is our ask - hustle to the lunch/all session so we can get started right away.  We have a lot to share and not a lot of time to do it, so we want to make sure we make good use of that hour.  That starts with us being able to get started on time.

    That’s it – hope you are doing well, finishing strong and planning for 2022 to be your best year yet!
