We are finished with our Q1 owner's meetings in both North America and APAC, and EMEA is just around the corner! Our plan in the U.K. was to literally "connect" our Evolve Q1 Meetings with IT Nation Connect EMEA, but we were not able to make that happen resulting in a late date for our EMEA members. All that said, we hope to bring IT Nation Connect to EMEA in the future and wish you all luck with your Q1 Meetings. I know Dan and the Evolve team are excited to see you all face-to-face in a few weeks!
Q1 Resources and Content
Following our Q1 Meetings in North America and APAC, we polled our facilitators on the two main topics that came up in the rooms - they were Talent Acquisition/Retention and Leadership Development. My hope is that each of you have a solid leadership plan and are being intentional about your own development and your team development for 2022. Check these links out for resources that can help on both issues.
Service Executive Peer Groups (SEPG)
We are moving our Service Executive Peer Groups meeting to a rhythm where they follow the owner’s meetings. If you have a Service Executive in the program, please spend time with them before and after the meeting so they are maximizing their experience and aligned with company priorities.
The Future of Hybrid Meetings
Finally, moving forward we are removing the Hybrid meeting structure and will go to in-person attendance only. The hybrid meetings have been challenging in that a virtual meeting experience has different requirements than in person. When it is hybrid, something must give. In order to maximize meeting value, we need to get back to 100% in person attendance. As a community we are tracking around 80% so we are not far off. Let’s push for 100% in Q2!
