I hope this finds you well. In this update I was joined by Brad Schow who many of you know continues with a team that provides Business Consulting services to MSPs. In addition to quarterly facilitation, this provides insight into many of the common challenges the community is facing.
One trend we have noticed are the challenges many of you face as your businesses continue to grow. Often new skillsets and abilities are needed, particularly among the leaders, as the company matures and complexities, such as scalability, begin.
Brad highlighted how critical it is to be intentional in terms of knowing where you are going and accessing the leadership skills needed to get there from a sales, service, and operations perspective. Only by intentionally identifying and addressing leadership gaps can you avoid many of the staffing challenges created by success. The Leadership and Legacy plans are specifically designed to help organize around these concepts. Proactively developing your leaders can pay huge dividends in the long run.
