Hello Evolve Community!
I hope this update finds you doing well. We find our community in a bit of an awkward situation as far as our meeting rhythms go. Due to the planned coordination of IT Nation Connect EMEA, which was cancelled because of COVID restrictions, our EMEA folks have not had the Q1 meeting yet! So, as the rest of us gear up for the Q2 Meetings, they are anxiously awaiting a Q1 in-person meeting in London. For all our family in EMEA, we wish you all well and are confident your meetings will be a success!
In the above video, I introduce Craig Fulton, Chief Customer Officer at ConnectWise, who many of you may know as he’s been attending many of the Evolve meetings and has been a fixture at ConnectWise for years. Craig has responsibility for the IT Nation Community, and we are encouraging you all to carve out the time in preparation for the Q2 meetings to get your Business and Personal Legacy plans ready.
As you know, the Legacy plan is the pillar of all other plans as they are a 1-year march towards what is outlined in the legacy planning. These plans have a tactical and business exit component to them but also help you define your why. In Craig’s case, the importance of family found focus and clarity as his “why” following his Paterson Lifeplan which was facilitated by Arlin Sorensen. He has since reconnected with the Pennsylvania Fultons and this summer will complete the incredible mission of getting his kids to all 50 states before they graduate from high school. Craig’s journey this summer will take him through Duluth, Fargo, Harlan, St. Louis, and Memphis just to name a few. Let’s bring this type of clarity into our meeting rooms when we meet this quarter!

IT Nation Share, the product user groups are back in person after a two-year hiatus. These are great local gatherings to connect with others and maximize your investment in your ConnectWise stack. With all the hiring that we’ve been doing as a community, these are also a great free-of-charge experience for new hires. Breakout sessions feature training with: ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Sell, ConnectWise Automate and Cybersecurity. There will also be a live “you ask we train” session where our product training experts will answer questions submitted by attendees.
