We held our first virtual delivery of peer groups this past week with our H1 SEPG meetings as well as our M&A group in North America via Zoom. Many of you have reached out with very positive feedback. We presented materials and guidance for how Service Execs can lead themselves, their families and their teams well during this time. We also talked through how to better understand “What Good Looks Like” in the current environment.
Currently, we’re preparing for international delivery along with our Q2 owner peer group meetings in May. We will have materials out to facilitators this week to equip them for pre-meeting calls. Our strategy is to ensure your plans are ready and being executed for Response so we can focus our time together on Recovery and capturing Opportunity.
