Tony Thomas will kick things off with a recap of our 4 Helpful Lists and discuss the 5 Big Buckets that focus on Product, Consulting, Support, IT Nation and Account Management. Tony will also be making our big announcement and reveal how it relates to these areas of focus and our plan for moving forward.
